Pair a host

Add your Sunshine or Apollo host. Select Pair in VVMoon. A PIN appears at once. Enter it on the PIN page in Sunshine or Apollo on your computer. Read Getting started for the full steps and Apollo one-time pairing.

If a host does not connect

• Check that Sunshine or Apollo is running and the host is awake.
• For a local connection, put both devices on the same network.
• Check the saved address and ports, the host firewall, and local network access on iPhone or iPad.
• Check that the host has an active display or virtual display.
• For Apollo, check the client's permissions to start apps and send input.

Sync between devices

Restore VVMoon Pro on each device. Turn on iCloud Sync and iCloud Keychain with the same Apple Account. If pairing data is still waiting, open Settings → iCloud Sync and select Sync Now.

Restore Pro

Open Settings → VVMoon Pro and select Restore Purchases. Use the Apple Account that made the purchase. Manage the yearly plan in your App Store subscription settings.

Send a useful report

Include your device model, OS version, VVMoon version, host software, and the steps that cause the problem. State whether you use a local or remote network. Remove host addresses, pairing codes, and other private details from screenshots or reports.
